I'd give more stars if I could. Michael came to inspect my lanai roof for a leak, identified the issues, replaced some screws, sealed them and refused payment. I came home from work the day of storm Nicole to find a trelus had fallen out from the under side of my roof. Not good right before 60 mile an hour winds. I called A1.
